Indications/Uses

Marking lymph vessels & arterial regions; sentinel nodes before biopsy in patients w/ operable breast cancer.

Dosage/Direction for Use

Marking arterial regions Not >10 mL intra-arterially. Marking lymph vessels & sentinel node 1-2 mL SC around the tumour or areola.

Overdosage

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity. Pregnancy.

History of allergic reactions or intolerance. May cause anaphylactic shock.

Transient false decrease of 5-10% below baseline values in value of partial O₂ pressure. False increase of serum methaemoglobin may occur.
